It includes training plans for weeks 1-4 then 5-8! This body blitz plan targets all muscle groups and includes HIIT and intervals after each session.

Gym or Home plan available to purchase with 2 lower and 2 upper body workouts.
It is a one off plan focusing on whole body transformation.
