6 WEEK BODY BLITZ CHALLENGE

The 6 week body blitz challenge is an online training plan.
It includes training plans for weeks 1-3 then 4-6! This body blitz plan targets all muscle groups and includes HIIT/ intervals or steady state cardio after each session.

Gym or Home plan available to purchase with 1 lower and 1 upper body and 2 full body workouts
It is a one off plan focusing on whole body transformation.
