The 8 Week Ultimate Fitness Challenge is an online training plan.

In this 8 week intensive challenge you will find all the tools you need to get in the best possible shape in 8 weeks.

There are 4 sessions weekly in your programme: 2 LOWER, 2 UPPER and then a choice of cardio and HIIT. This Challenge also includes my own personal exercise guide with a breakdown of all exercises including examples.

It is a one off plan focusing on whole body transformation.
