8 WEEK BIKINI BODY BLITZ PLAN

The 8 week body blitz plan is an online training plan.
It includes training plans for weeks 1-4 then 5-8! This bikini blitz plan targets all muscle groups and including HIIT and intervals after each session.
It is a One off plan focusing on whole body transformation. Sculpting those shoulders and building some glutes.

This service offers:

 

  • Weekly check ins with me so I can monitor progress and measurements
  • Support through out the 8 weeks when required.
  • Nutrition plan
  • Supplement advice
  • 4 workouts per week

 

£80 with weekly check ins and online support.
