Booty bands are designed to be placed around the thigh, legs or ankles.
They can be used on their own or with weights as part of your programme with the intension to add additional resistance to movements. These movements include: hip thrusts, squats, leg press, lateral band walks and can be use for glute activation exercises or burn outs after leg day.
These bands are way more advance than your standard physio bands and come in 2 resistances.
