Since January I was always saying to myself, let’s start Monday, new week, new diet and going to go to the gym every day, time to get in shape for holiday.. it never happened, I’d gave up by the Wednesday.. I am someone that’s weight goes up and down like a yo-yo and to some people I look fine, but to myself I felt unhealthy, and unfit. Although I would never dare call myself ‘fat’ because I know I am not, but I just felt like I needed to lose a few pounds that I had gained and tone up a bit. I then came across the 8 week bikini body blitz. The help of @megsmithfitness  I have achieved more than I ever expected too.. Meg supported me through the whole 8 weeks, pushing me to the next level and made me believe in myself even when I felt like giving up, she was always there to give me a little nudge and give me advice when I needed it.


In the 8 weeks I have lost 3.9kg and toned up so much. I would advise anyone who is wanting to get started on a plan to do this. Works outs are fun and easy, diet is great and easy to stick to and megs on going support is fab. I now enjoy the gym, feel so much more comfortable and I’ve dropped from a size 12 to a size 8!!! I now feel BIKINI READY 🙈👙!! 2 weeks to go until I go on holiday, which I understand I have still got a long way to go but I feel so much more comfortable with in myself and my clothes. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐- Anna

Before I started with meg I didn’t mind going to the gym was just scared to in case I was doing it wrong. In a couple months in and the gym is my favourite place to go, can’t believe the difference not only in my body but in my confidence! Love doing weights and building up my strength.

Still got more weight I want to get rid off but it’s so worth it when you enjoy going!

I have been going for 1-1 sessions since October but only since January have really started to improve my diet and my weight is falling and I am toning up.


I still have a long way to go. Meg is fantastic. Finally I am training with someone who “gets” me. I dislike cardio so am doing more weights and this certainly gets my heart rate up and tones me up. Her advice is good. She pushes me more each week so I can’t get away with not going.


I feel really focused just now and even if I fall off the wagon when away I am keen to get back on track again. I usually end up wanting to punch her after a good legs session but the buzz I get afterwards makes me forgive her. I am 51 and firmly believe that weights and correct diet can help so many of us achieve our goals.

When I was weighing in this morning at the gym the guy who works there was lingering about and was showing me on the screen what everything meant, and he was impressed with the increase in muscle weight since last week, he said ‘you want to train me, what u been doing!?’ 😂😂 a was like yas check me 💪 hated the gym a few weeks ago! I cannot recommend Meg enough! I did the online Bikini plan for 8 weeks and then continued with volume 2.


I am now nearly 2 dress sizes down and so much happier than before. I can go out with a crop top on in central London and feel confident that I look good! Even when I had bad weeks (of which there were a few due to a hectic lifestyle!) Meg was so supportive. The thing I found above all was that the programme is a lifestyle change.


Even when I had bad weeks, I never put weight or inches back on again I always stayed the same. For me, this is the longest my waist measurement has ever been consistently under 30 inches which I LOVE! Couldn’t recommend this programme more. I cannot recommend her enough, she was enthusiastic, highly motivating and very knowledgeable on any topic relating to fitness or nutrition. I trained hard every session and had the drive to get to the end of the hour each time. I would not have trained like this without her!! Now I feel confident in the gym with a large repertoire of workouts.
